Resilience has a lot of factors, and one is focusing on your strengths (not your weaknesses).

What are your fall goals? Are they SMART, are they healthy? What can you do to stop the overwhelm and calm down, relax and lessen the stress?
What can you do about stressful challenges?
What can you do when you are anxious about an upcoming presentation? What can you do when you are worried about challenges? How can you deal with stress?
Stressed- take care of your animals (in your brain)
When you are stressed, be sure to take care of each part of your brain to be more resilient.
