Stress Tips and Trauma - what to do
I have been thinking a lot about stress and trauma. Part of that has to do with two books I have been reading and other reason is that my coaching organization, EASC, had an online meeting about this topic last week at our monthly online meeting.

So, how do you decide what is most important, next important, etc.
Do you know which activities bring you the most clients/customers, or financial turnover? Do those activities.
The rest of your to-dos can fall away till January.
Make sure your WHY is in the decision-making process, too.

When you have negative experiences, count your blessings and reflect for success and growth.
